About

Pulse is a mobile and web application from Saffron Labs that is used by Providers to manage their patients and the collection and analysis of SDOH data in an EHR to identify population-level use cases for addressing health disparities. Within Pulse, providers can assess the patient questionnaire responses, promote a health concern or a problem with goal interventions and or refer to Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) to provide care.
