Bank Activity Texts
Please include name of which company a payment was made within the text. The way it is now I must go into the banking app to see that information.
Awful - changing banks
Not only does this app only allow you to deposit into one account but they have refused to acknowledge my money and I have been in the negative almost $4000 for weeks. They said that my checks were rejected but they wouldn’t even send me the original checks they sent me photocopies of the original checks telling me that those were legal copies, which I also cannot deposit for the app and now I have to mail them back to them even though they are the ones who mailed them to me in the first place. I am changing banks. I tried to be a good person who goes with a credit union that is attached to her union, but guess what I can’t pay my mortgage because of these people.

I can’t remember the last time I walked into the bank – all deposits are so convenient!!
Small residual amounts
For the amount of under 5.00 residuals we receive, especially those under one dollar, they sure are almost impossible to deposit here in my experience. It’s frustrating.

I love banking with SAGAFTRA. I heard of it during orientation. I went and open my account with my first check. 1987.. I have bought a car. Got a loan for $250,000 at 2.75% interest to fix up my house. Protecting my accountsMy credit cards (2) the lowest interest rates. . Thank you for protecting my accounts from scammers.

Improved version, finally, you can make direct (electronic) deposits! Use of other services such as Zelle would be nice.

Easy!
I remember the days when you had to go to the bank to deposit money. Now I live on the other side of the country and all I need to do is snap a picture of my check and I’m good to go! You don’t get any easier than that!
App was fine
But you should not be forced to upgrade or buy a newer costly mobile in order to access this app!! It’s a credit Union!

Liked prior app layout and design better. Check capturing much harder in this version.
App Got Worse
The new version of this app is difficult to navigate and overly-done. Why can I not permanently dismiss the notice on how to deposit a check? You have to tap to get rid of the notice and then tap to take a photo Every. Single. Time. Also not showing a total account balance anywhere is frustrating. The old app showed total deposited amount as well as available balance. Now you can only see available balance. Lastly, the fact that this union still hasn’t partnered with Zelle makes an already lacking banking experience even worse. Will likely seek out a new bank with less hassle and more up-to-date services.

Piece of garbage!!!
Checks stopped working at all! No dates of future payments! And still no normal transfers, only paper checks in 2025!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New App
New mobile app is good once mastered. Reads well. But since when did debit become “black” ink and credit become “green” ink? I guess we no longer think of any profit as being “I the black”(?). Tried and true business terms do not need changing!
