Disgusting app
App is disgusting. Face ID doesn’t work at all!!! And the only way to put money into my account is paper checks?!! Are you guys kidding me? It’s 2025. Every other loan organization has an automatic payments without any of that oldish stuff.
Really Buggy
This app used to work fairly well for me until the update last September. Now I have constant login issues and Touch ID resets like I never set it up EVERY TIME I use the app. I can do most things on the web which works fine, but there is no mobile deposit except using this app, and it is a super important feature to have and use. Please fix this in an update soon; this app as it stands is very frustrating.

Middleware Errors Continually
Have had to delete and reinstall the app, change my password and cross my fingers every time I need to scan a check for deposit. No problem ever logging in to the web version but there’s no check deposit function there. Really tiresome.
Lack of features
I end up using the web browser in safari most of the time as I can’t even view holds in the app. Most of the major features in the web browser should be available in the app. They haven’t even updated the app in 3 years.
Can’t log in
We live in Nor Cal so obviously can’t drive to So Cal to deposit a check. Was hoping to log into the app to be able to make a deposit but getting the same error code as everyone else. So I can’t log in. I need to deposit the check in my BofA account and then pay transfer fees to get it into my SAG account. Annoying.
