Won’t recognize username/password anymore
This app is simple in its function. Most of the time I’m not really trying to do much other than access minor things like my number or residuals portal. Most large questions I go to the actual site. However, do the past few months I cannot login to the app as it says it doesn’t recognize my username/password. I have to resort to using the actual website. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, I’ve changed my password, I’ve cleared my data, but nothing I do will allow me to enter the app anymore. It is now just a waste of space on my phone. Idk what to do, but some serious bug issues need to be worked out with it for it to be functional.

app always says the server is down for maintenance. weeks have gone by. everyone. glitches and nothings been fixed !!

Consistency has glitches
For the last 2 days when I log in, the app jumps all over the place from the main page to the login page. It’s completely useless at this point. Hopefully it gets fixed!

Why is it every time I erase the messages from the app they come right back no matter what I do. Please fix. Don’t understand why something so simple can’t be fixed

Constantly logs you out/server issue
This app is very glitchy and unreliable. I have to log in each time and when I tap on an icon it logs me out. It is pretty useless. Someone needs to fix this app!

This app never works… kinda like the union. Cant even login. Zero stars is more appropriate.

Touch ID
Touch ID does not work.
Log in glitch with Face Recognition
When opening the app and enabling the Face Recognition log in, the app will log in for a second to the App Home page and then bounce back to the log in screen. It repeats this nonstop. Closing out the app does not work to get to using the app. The app must be uninstalled and reinstalled to use it as designed. Beware. Do not select enabling Face Recognition log in.

Inaccurate information, needs some work
My residual tracker does not actually track my residuals. What I have made and what I am still owed is incorrect. It shows differently on the SAG/AFTRA website please update this app. It needs some work as does our UNION.
Keeps logging me
It keeps logging me out after a few second saying invalid password... This seems to be a new problem. Was working a day ago.
Can’t download.
According to the app store my phone is compatible, but I can’t even download the app. I’ve tried now three different days.
Not impressed
I’m a new SAG member and downloaded the app after receiving my membership card. I’ve tried several times to create an account through the app, I’ve double checked all the steps and requirements, and the app will not allow me to register. Seems to work great for other people, but for me so far it’s been a frustrating waste of my morning.
