App is crashing
App seems not to be updated and keeps freezing and will not load pictures.
Issues with app
I downloaded the wax app and made my account using my Apple ID. Once I tried that, I got a blank grey screen and I can’t do or access anything. I have tried several times to delete and re-install the app. I have forced a shutdown of my phone and have tried troubleshooting. Looking to see if the developer can help out. I’m on an iPhone 17 with iOS 26.6

Blank Screen
I downloaded and as soon as I tried to log in with my Apple account it went to a blank white screen and won't do anything even after I quit and restart. Deleting and reinstalling the app did not help. This should be removed from the app store until the problem can be fixed.
Can’t upload photos in order to get a quote
Created an account, added a watch, but can’t upload a single photo. Have tried MANY times. Even logged out, removed the app, reinstalled, logged in. Support is very friendly. They said to just send them my photos. But I shouldn’t have to. I have an iPhone 17 Pro. A mainstream phone (nothing odd) and this function should just work. Especially to managing my watches, and get an insurance quote. Without having photos this app is useless.

Can’t create an account
The app freezes up and will not allow me to create an account. Bummer, was a good idea. Poor execution.
