Sometimes the app crashes and I need to call into the bank to have my passcode reset. Other than that I can perform almost all my banking task with this app.

Can only login into one device!
Why can’t I login into another device as well as my mobile phone. There’s no option to login on my iPad, I keep getting the message that I’m already a customer. What’s the point of only being allowed to have the app on one device? In the event of loosing your mobile, there’s no website backup alternative either.

Painful
I tried to sign up for an account a few years ago and the process didn’t work out. Now I need to try the process again and their system thinks I already have an account, so I can’t go through the process of trying to sign up again. Barbados banks require too much information for you to create an account. They make you jump through a lot of hoops only for the account to be a financial burden on your life in the long term.

I’ve changed phones and I need a log in button or else I’d be signing up for a new acct , and now I have to use my old phone to see my balances

Honestly a pretty poor app. Anytime you want to do a transfer you have to retype all the information. Every time! If you get a notification, if you don’t see it the same time, you will never see it again. It’s gone. The app thinks biometrics are occasional. So if you choose to use biometrics, most of the time you have to use your code. The best thing about this app is that it’s free

User beware!!
The login button that you see in the screenshots DOES NOT SHOW UP.
2 years later and they still have not even acknowledged the issue / made any attempt to investigate or fix it.
If you use this bank and you change your phone you run the risk of not being able to login to manage your account AT ALL.

App works on android but not iPhone
Cannot log into existing account on iPhone. It seems this problem existed for others as far back as a year ago
