UI/UX so lacking
UX so lacked. I aint sure whether the app dev team and system team prepared properly or not, during the live session, should had prepared more convenience customer journey. Pls fix.
Stuck at passcode page, sometime OTP can’t come in
signed up the account, filled up the phone number to register: waiting for the OTP.
sadly, only after multiple tries, the OTP kick in,
but again.... stuck at the Pass-code page.
keep showing error “network failures”

the app need a fix, seem like it can’t handle the load.

Account issue
Signed up the account, fill in name and mobile then redirect to OTP screen for mobile verification. OTP couldn't receive in said time frame (49 secs) and clicked 'Resend OTP' for 2 times and still couldn't receive OTP then I closed the app. After awhile, 3 OTP came in then i tried to open app and tried to sign up the account again but app showed error and then i tried to sign in, app showed the account was not created. Failed to create the account.

Music Background Error
Please make Sai Sai music run in the background outside the app... It makes me really sick when I am out of the app,then the music stopped.. Please fix this for us! Thank You..

Review of Song error
Easy to use but enter sai music store and listen song, when the phone was lock , the song also close, should be run the songs after lock :)
Sai Sai Pay is the only celebrity-driven cashless pay.
Will need more detailed feature. Can’t transfer from UAB app.
