Logging in is totally random and using biometrics is pointless cos it always insists on 2FA! Terribly written in desperate need of a total upgrade

Great when it works

9 times out of 10 when I want to check my balance I can’t login. It wants to send me a link to reset my password which I have not forgotten. If I do login, it wants to send me a one time password because it is the first time I’ve logged in on this device which is nonsense. I’ve had no problems using the Card, yes it’s a good way to travel using the local currency. But the app definitely needs some attention.
