No email received

Terrible grammar on the first page you are presented with which then makes no sense.

Doesn’t seem to work

Trying to find my first match ticket purchase. The whole process is not intuitive or straightforward. Confusing. Eventually downloaded this app to get hold of these tickets but I’m not receiving the verification email so can’t access. Not good, especially from a big PL club.
