An awful app - this is what happens when you put profit over member experience
Nobody at the St Albans venue plays competitive matches on this app, as the UX is so damn poor and ratings hardly move. This should be expected when you look under the hood and notice that it’s powered by matchi.
Navigation is awful, filtering is awful, messaging is awful, notifications are unpredictable.
PadelStars really need to take heed and rethink this app, preferably listening to their members and taking the hit to move to a better platform before their members leave for alternative venues which are springing up locally.
It’s ok that you selected this platform initially, but please learn from your mistake
, listen to member feedback, and finally start to address this issue - and I don’t mean by bottling it for another matchi makeover!

Awful all
Usually I’d never bother to review an app, but this one is just so uniquely slow and unintuitive that I have to say: don’t bother downloading this. Booked a court? Good luck finding the booking. Always go to the same padel location? No problem, the homepage will show you all of the locations. Who designed this garbage?

Shocking app
App is awful to use, couldn’t be any less user friendly, impossible to work out where you have booked and no confirmation. Hopeless designers
