Terrible app
Cannot tick Ts& Cs to login & drop down menu inaccessible
Courts are overpriced
The courts are extremely expensive
Awful all
Usually I’d never bother to review an app, but this one is just so uniquely slow and unintuitive that I have to say: don’t bother downloading this. Booked a court? Good luck finding the booking. Always go to the same padel location? No problem, the homepage will show you all of the locations. Who designed this garbage?

Shocking app
App is awful to use, couldn’t be any less user friendly, impossible to work out where you have booked and no confirmation. Hopeless designers
Extremely Poor
Why on earth had this app not been properly updated in a year?
Desperately needs an easy way to filter for open matches and activities at your club that
A) are suitable for your handicap; and
B) have space available.
There is no way the user should have to enter these filters every time.
The Open Matches page needs to have the dates across the top so the user can select a specific date rather than scroll through from today to a date some time in the future. On which subject, the scrolling should be perpetual - the user should not have to click a “More” button.
Why on earth does it allow you to click through to set up a new Open Match 14 days plus some hours but then not allow you to add any players? If you cannot yet add players to a match because it is too early then you should not be able to click through to the set up match screen.
Why does the Open Matches tab default to the alphabetically-listed first club, rather than default to my home club like every other tab?
How on earth does a court show up as a red blob for three half-hour slots in a row? It is either booked out, in which case it should be blobbed and greyed-point, or it should be available for one and a half hours, in which case the first of the three blobs should be green.
No one gets their notifications in the app since the alerts are too discrete. Unless all users are forced to turn on notifications so they get an Apple notification upon receipt of a message within the app then the in-app messaging is utterly useless.
If you are going to insist that customers use an app rather than a webpage the onus is on you to build a decent app. This one is poor. There is also no iPad version, which is pretty unforgivable given how easy it is to convert an iPhone app to iPad.
An iPad app would allow you to view your schedule and the free courts simultaneously on the same screen.
In the absence of an iPad app on the smaller iPhone screen the hamburger menu should open a slide-over window, so that when you view your schedule via the hamburger menu you can then click on the background window you were previously viewing (ie in most cases the ‘Book A Court’ window). In the current version you have to click more than once to get back to Book a Court. Particularly, since the carousel of Book a Court / Activities / Open Matches is bloody irritating, since it inevitably moves to the next option just as you press on it.
And I still have no idea how to work the waiting list function. Should there not just be an extra ‘Court’ or set of times below the actual Courts on the “Book a Court” screen where one clicks to join the waiting list for a free court when all the actual courts are already booked?
If you really wanted to add value you’d let a user book a court and select potential other players in order and the app would then prompt each of the potential players in order until it had assembled a foursome.
