Cannot book consultation
The app keeps crashing every-time we try to book a consultation. Completely useless app.
Pathetic App Experience. You will never be able to book any appointment via app
I have been using everytime iOS app to book consultation. Every time it says it couldn’t not be booked.
This is very bad app experience . I taught Sakra is a world class hospital but app is hopeless and cannot book appointment at our convenience. Not sure if review is also taken seriously . I had already given earlier .
Japanese company along with Indian alliance is such poor app is released not sure how customers can choose further to take action on booking appointment and so is the records upload is not good.

What nonsense in app naming
Does not work for appointment booking
App gets stuck while booking appointment and need to wait for half an hour to retry in app or call the hospital for booking appointment.
Poor experience
No switch profile option while checking Reports . Due to that can not see my reports web portal also breaking
iOS application issue
I feel the app is not good once it comes to iOS (Apple phone). Even I have downloaded latest app update, Application is frequently crashing when you click to see reports or trying to do any activity requires lot of improvements.
Very poor app design
Very poor design. My number is registered with two patients (myself and my daughter) and the app is not able to log me in coz of it. Its says profile found but doesn’t log me in.

SCAM App : Be careful
APP has offer different services following options for payment, or sharing personal details, under false pretences. Once payment received, Hospital deny receiving any payments.

Never received the OTP to login
Airtel says the provide is not legally registered with DoT to send SMS thus Airtel blocks the otp sms. Please do the needful. They say:

Long queue even after appointment
Had to wait for more than an hour even if we had booked appointment in a week advanced, reached hospital before the time of appointment.
Felt like staff entertained their known people on priority.
In short I had very bad news experience after making appointment.

Missing Names
I changed my primary contact number at the hospital today to my other phone number. But the app does not show the update patient list on the updated number.
