This App is not for me.
The app is geared to ordering in advance, only. Almost always, I go into a restaurant on the spur of the moment and decide after I get there. As such, I will delete the app as soon as I finish this review.

Got my order and my lettuce was rotten
Horrible App
Takes forever to load them if I get it off my screen and go back in it’s fine. Go to add code doesn’t say if it takes it or not, then keeps loading again with no update. Coupons are a farce and don’t work!

App “updated” last week now it won’t even open. Crashes on the first screen.

I love this app but for the last week it’s crashed. I updated the app and it’s still not working.
Constantly crashes
Ever since the new update, app constantly crashes for me! I can’t even open the app to check points etc.

I’m a big salad eater so even when I’m out of town I pick SS and it’s always clean all the staff has always been friendly and so helpful I’ve never had a bad experience with salad station
Great food, terrible app
The food is wonderful, been eating them since they first started. Always has been good food.
The app leaves a lot to be desired however. Slow, poorly coded, not modern at all. It feels like an early 2000’s website.

The salad was so good, no other salad that I ate has come close enough to match it.

This is the absolute best salad that I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The choices are spectacular. This is my 4th time visiting. I will be back in the near future.😋
Recent upgrade big problem
The latest version requires a login (email /password). Previously, only the phone number was required, so I didn’t have an email and password associated with my account. So I tried to sign up. I put in my phone number, email, and created a password. I then get a message saying “phone number already in use.” Since I only have one phone number, I guess I’m just locked out of the app. So much for all points I had previously accrued.

So fresh! Greg quality and quantity
Definitely one of my favorite go to spots for a delicious salad. So many options of greens, veggies, and dressings. Getting your salad chopped is a game changer. The fruit is fresh and the soups are great as well. Lemonades are always on point. 10/10
Doesn’t work
I downloaded the app and it worked for me while. Now I can’t get back in. Asked me to log in and when I say I forgot my password it says there is no active user for my email. So I try to set up again when I entered my phone number it says there is no is already an account. I like the salad station but this app is really aggravating

Non-operational
App will not open. I’ve deleted and reinstalled.
Keeps crashing
It goes through times of working well then constantly crashing. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn’t work either.
Poorly designed
I like salad station, but the app relies on a web based platform to order rather than in app ordering, and it breaks for me. Go to chick filet, their app works.
