Horrible app
This app is absolutely useless. It crashes intermittently, I can't make transfers to Salal from my linked external accounts, and the information on the dashboard about my external accounts is a month out of date. The only reason I have a Salal account in the first place is that they hold a loan I had to take out under duress, but I'll be looking for a new loan with another financial institution to pay this loan off as soon as possible.

Terrible banking app. Do NOT recommend. Plus they charge fees if you call to make payments if the app doesn’t work!
confusing, can’t add external checking
The options for paying my HELOC are super confusing UX. I tried to add an external checking account and it says it’s successful but never shows up.

Really stranded at a gas station after midnight because the app won't allow me to unlock my card at this time....Yall is trash for putting me through this buffoonery

My favorite feature
I limit my mobile banking as much as possible, but this app allows me to continue banking with Salal tho I’m no longer near a branch.

Poor interface
You should have the ability to make reoccurring transfers to loans and bills. Not just additional one time payments.

I’ve been a member for 20+ years, and never had any problems with any of my accounts. I moved out of Washington State, and continue to use Salal as my primary bank.

I am most appreciative of the services I have and feel privileged to bank at Salal. It is such a pleasure to have the personal services I when I visit the bank, and I love the remote banking.
Infuriating and useless
The “account transfer” section of the website AND mobile app are grayed out. Why?
Fix this so I can make a payment on our roof loan.
Oh, but we can pay $5 extra if we want to process a payment over the phone.

New update does not work
The latest upgrade to the app is a big step backwards. The snapshot screen to full login hangs every time. It takes a full shutdown and sometimes reinstall of app to get things moving and then it’s rinse-repeat. Please address this issue. Not up to your usual standards.
Latest update freezes and logs me out
I’m getting used to the new look of this app but I’d love a couple fixes:
1. When I open the app, all my accounts show up (yay!) but it would be nice to have it be muted because it’s so visible (boo!) and there’s no privacy
2. When I tap on my main account, the Touch ID pops up. I tap, but then I can’t get past the home screen becaise it’s sticky. I have to clear out the app, then try again
3. Why do I get logged out and then have to manually re-enter the password?
