Doesn’t get updates on flight delays
The app is quite decent in terms of navigation. However, a critical feature is to show the latest updates when there are any changes in flight schedules. Not sure if it is the app or SalamAir’s fault. I received two hours ago an email from SalamAir of the 5 hours delay in flight departure. But the app and the boarding pass still showing the older time. This makes it very confusing and frustrating as I don’t want to miss the flight and at the same do not want to spend over 6 -8 hours at the airport!

Worst Arline to fly with. Please stay away from this Airline
I had my worst experience with Salam Airline. They changed their rules regarding checking. They are charging their passengers $12 to check in at the Airport. But the twist is my family and I we did try to check in 8hrs before the departure but the app wouldn’t allow as to due to the Airline to verify our passport and directed to check in at the airport. But after we arrived at the airport we were forced to pay for a check in or we will miss the flight.
This is a scam if the app doesn’t work when checking in and they charge you for the check in in person.
I am very disappointed and I hope the government does something about this issue.

Worst airline with worst experience kindly beware dont fly with SALAM AIR
Disappointing experience with Salam Air! They charged me an additional amount at the boarding counter, which was not mentioned earlier. Lack of transparency in their pricing. Would not recommend this airline to anyone. Avoid the hassle and choose a more reliable option. #SalamAir #AvoidThisAirline"

Destinations
I am nit sure what happened to this application. I am not able to find any destination in Pakistan while on application used by my friend, we can find Pakistani destinations. This is very weird.

They confirm the ticket and they cancel the ticket. This is a joke. They are taking joke stupid airlines
