This is a very good program for those of us who wants to get back into daily life after operations.
The new app arrangement is not user friendly.
It is important to involve users of all categories in the redesign of the app and I think that is not happening because it has been very hard for me who is an IT professional to navigate the app easily which is not good, it is frustrating and I almost cancelled my subscription.
Login does not work
I ve tried quite a few times to login on my account but even with resetting mh password i still cant get on the booking site. Ive tried both mh emails with the new passwrord and still cant get on it
Failure to login
I had sought help from your staff at the leisure center & email to you. But no one could fix the problem. I still fail to login and make booking at all!
Meh
Once I logged out there’s no option to log back in. App is now pointless for my membership.
