This is a very good program for those of us who wants to get back into daily life after operations.
The new app arrangement is not user friendly.
It is important to involve users of all categories in the redesign of the app and I think that is not happening because it has been very hard for me who is an IT professional to navigate the app easily which is not good, it is frustrating and I almost cancelled my subscription.
Login does not work
I ve tried quite a few times to login on my account but even with resetting mh password i still cant get on the booking site. Ive tried both mh emails with the new passwrord and still cant get on it
Failure to login
I had sought help from your staff at the leisure center & email to you. But no one could fix the problem. I still fail to login and make booking at all!

Once I logged out thereâs no option to log back in. App is now pointless for my membership.

Iâve been coming to this gym for about a year , I tried a different one before and never felt settled there. The classes are great and interactive, instructors are friendly and well liked and the gym is laid out well ! Youâll never come here and not get a hello or a smile off either the staff or customers ! Well priced as well

Basic information
Nowhere on this app can you find what a daily session costs. Not everyone wants a monthly membership. Secondly, there is an option for âladies swimâ where you have to put a date in. I did a search for every day for the next 5 days then gave up. Surely there should be a âlistâ of dates and times available instead of me searching for it? Overall and in my opinion this app is not user friendly as I will now have to visit the gym to find this information out which defeats the object

The leisure centre in irlam is a great place to go. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Lots of classes and activities and a great swimming pool and sauna.

This app is so very hard to use. I give up
Totally useless after recent updates 20th May
I find the app unusable on my phone or iPad. Iâve been advised to restart my device and delete and re download the app. Iâve done both with no effect whatsoever.
It all worked perfectly a week ago, why replace something that works with something that doesnât work at all. Not a very good move.
Iâm mainly interested in swimming at Worsley leisure centre and it keeps telling me to make selections which Iâve already made. Useless at the moment

Canât register
Iâve downloaded this app to book in for swimming sessions.
Itâs a complete waste of time. You canât register an account, it just says invalid email, or says I already have an account. Iâve tried multiple emails, and it just wonât work.
As itâs one of the only ways to book in at the moment because of COVID, it should be fixed ASAP.

Needs fixing ASAP
Was having difficulty signing in but eventually it did, tried booking gym slot repeatedly and it wouldnât have it. Deleted and re downloaded in hopes it would help and for the last three days I canât even get on the app - something to do with an endpoint not found.
Nonsense having to rely on a broken app just to go gym. Gone are the days where we could simply go for a workout when we pleased.

Cant even register haha
You get told to download the app to book classes and gym slots after coronavirus and it doesnât even let you register haha the drop down menus just disappear

Received an email encouraging me to download the app to monitor my children's swimming progress. But apparently Clarendon is not included on the app. Very basic main screen not very helpful. Needs to be updated
