Would love if you could view intake forms on iOS and not just android
Client’s notes insert failed
It use to work in the past but for the last month or so notes aren’t being submitted-it says FAILED! App Not working anymore !!
Unreliable
1 - You get notifications 30 mins after clients shows
2 - After the last couple updates, app completely crashed and hasn’t worked in months at all
3 - When it did work, you couldn’t edit your notes
4 - Many times you saw double bookings , but you were not double booked so your book was all mixed up
Unfortunately i only have to get clients notifications but i do have to keep s bit longer since the company i work for, uses this. Will be deleting soon unless something is done.

Needs improvement
App doesn’t show appointments made on the same day. Either takes hours or doesn’t show. There should also be a feature where it texts the client a reminder an hour before their appointment with a confirmation reply request.
What if I make a mistake?
After reading the reviews for this app everyone’s complaints are accurate. But to add on to it, another issue that I notice is when you go to write client notes if you submit them you can’t go back and edit them. I also don’t like how I don’t get notifications every time for checked in appointments. It’s a for sure work in progress.
