Keeps crashing
Love the format of the app but unfortunately it keeps crashing. Smh I cannot access anything without the app crashing.
Crashing software
I have been using software for several years. I have been very happy with it. But This is the second time that I cannot keep it open. Will not stay open long enough to do anything. But the worst part is after 9 days of email and pleading for help I have absolutely NO response!!
Don’t get this app
I had the old app for 8 years with no problems, they “upgraded “ about a year ago and the app has had major problems. Not being able to book clients, app won’t open for more than 8seconds. They don’t respond to email! Back up won’t save.DON’T WAST YOUR MONEY! Worst app I have ever bought!
App crashing
This is like the third time in 3 years. I have been dealing with this for 10 days and have emailed at least 6 times with no response at all. They should at least let us know they are working on it no they should figure out the problem so this doesn’t keep happening every year. I’ve had to get a paper book and in the 5 seconds the thing is open transfer to it. I’ve already installed other apps and trying them out.

Ugh! Crashing crashing crashing!
3.5 stars up until today! I’ve emailed with no response! Paying $9.99 a month and today the app kept crashing after 5 sec it was open so I wasn’t able to look up any of my clients formulas or check them out! So beyond frustrated! I can’t even look at my reports for my taxes this year! iPad is up to date so is the app. Tried rebooting and nothing is working. Was even crashing on my phone so I know it’s the app itself and not my device! I did like this app but this needs to be fixed ASAP otherwise I have to find a different app.
