App crashed no longer work and no customer support
Please fix
As of Thursday the app closes within 30 seconds. I cannot access my schedule. Please fix ASAP.
Very mad!
I'm trying to contact with customer service and they didn't answer I CAN'T open the app and I have a huge mess with my schedule I lost all my bussines inf. my appointments my clients information , I lost everything. I need to know how or what can I do to get the money that I paid for the app. Hope to hear very soon any response from you guys !!!!

Embarrassingly bad
I’ve been using this app for years, and have ended up paying for it. It used to be decent. I bought a license which was meant to be a one time purchase two times, because they continually change the payment structure. Now I’m locked out of all my information unless I pay another monthly fee. They will change the app a bit and make you buy it again. Service is terrible, non existent really. Updates are terrible and take months. And they just keep adding payment schemes. This app is a blatant cash grab, don’t bother.

This app is great when it works. But when it crashes you just sit and wait because there’s no one to contact for customer support. Waiting ..... and major stressing! Would love the recommendation of a great app for hairstylist.
