Does not email you a tracking number
I had ordered a few things from the salt app and they would email me an order number but never the tracking number for what i ordered i would just come home and it’ll be there
Can’t log in
Keeps saying to enter my number to which it will send a code. I enter the code and then it says invalid..then it sends me another code instantly, and again, that code isn’t valid. I just had a number spam text me 15 different numbers and yet all are invalid. I just want to log in

I’m a bus driver and I was saving my salt from last school year to use after working for a few months this school year to save for something I had my eyes on.. well now the app won’t even open and I’m assuming all my salt I saved is gone 😞 i would have used it before if that was the case.. highly disappointed. My co workers have also had multiple issues in the past with this app. Honestly at this point a waste of space on my phone. Will be dealing

Since the last update 3 days ago, I can’t get the app to open. Tried everything I can think of to get it to open.

No Rewards Being Offered?!?
I’m not sure if the app is no longer working or what is going on. I downloaded it a few weeks ago and I’ve been “mining salt” for my hours worked, but there are only (3) Rewards in the Discover Tab and they expired month ago. (1) expired April 2, 2025 and the other (2) expired on July 30, 2025. What’s the purpose of using the app for if we can’t even redeem for any rewards? Has the app been abandoned by its developers and/or forgotten about? It would be nice to know something and judging from the reviews lately, it seems that it may be the case. The overall idea and concept are great and I think that if the app was actually functioning as it was designed and implemented to do, that this app would actually do very well. I’m not sure what’s going on with it or what has happened to it. If it does get working properly, I will update/adjust my review.

When this started at my job I was apprehensive at first so I set a small reward I achieved that goal and redeemed or mined my salt I thought I would have to pay shipping/handling which would have caused me to write a bad review but that didn’t happen, so I got my first reward. Now 5 rewards later I’m still mining my salt.

Not even worth it anymore
When I first downloaded it, had amazing rewards which made you WANT to use it. And that was the whole point!! Now. If you get even one option for a reward every couple of months, and it expires THE SECOND it says it’s available. It’s just not even worth the effort anymore.

I think that an employee should be able to add multiple times since we work am and pm.
Love that I can keep up with how many hours I work and gain rewards from minding my salt.

Good Things
I’ve received two of my three goals fairly quickly after redeeming SALT points. The 3rd item, it took over three months, but the issue was fixed immediately when the mistake was identified. I redeemed points for a 4-man tent. When I eventually questioned SALT about it, they sent me the tracking info that indicated it was delivered and they even provided a picture of the box in an open garage, in Annapolis, MD. I live in southwest Missouri.

Need options for missed hours
I am all for the added benefits of this app but I feel jipped. I didn’t find out about this app until I had been working for like 3 weeks so I’m missing 150 salt. Needs an option to go back and add.
