The store itself is great, this app is absolutely garbage though. It’s been trash for years, I don’t know why they won’t fix it. Crashes and freezes constantly

App is useless. Search function makes it crash. Login sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Company is great but just do your shopping on the website.
Lots of bugs
Please work on the app, I love your customer service and website. The app is frustrating, won’t load, logs me off, navigating freezes, please invest in your app.
APP WOES
App is useless! Can barely navigate through it, can’t sign in, search function auto corrects everything you attempt to type. You would think that for as much money as we spend through this company that they would at least invest in an app that their customers could use without frustration.
