App is useless. Search function makes it crash. Login sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. Company is great but just do your shopping on the website.

Please work on the app, I love your customer service and website. The app is frustrating, won’t load, logs me off, navigating freezes, please invest in your app.
APP WOES
App is useless! Can barely navigate through it, can’t sign in, search function auto corrects everything you attempt to type. You would think that for as much money as we spend through this company that they would at least invest in an app that their customers could use without frustration.

Always crashes when you search, can’t log in to your account, doesn’t see your rewards, id give it zero stars if I could. Having an app these days should be so easy to manage! Needs updates big time. Lots of bugs.
Rarely works.
On my iPhone 15 Pro I struggle to EVER be able to complete an order in the SWA app. I usually end up going to the web and then I might as well order from BRS.
Needs updates
Can’t add to cart or check out. I only use it to browse and then if I REALLY want to buy something go to the website.
Glitchy
Can’t search for an item without the app glitching. Needs a serious update. Regular website works fine tho.
Great concept but doesn’t work
I love the concept but this app constantly crashes and the search feature is terrible. The app is unusable in it’s current state.
Sign into app
It won’t let me sign in on the app… keeps saying my username isn’t valid. I’ve used the same username on the website plenty of times with no problem
