Best fitness app out there
As a surfer, snowboarder, dirt biker and athlete, it’s so important to cross train and rehab our injuries. The Salty Club app has been such an inspiration for me to stay on track / get back on track! The Netflix of self care
I’ve been with the salty club for 2 years and recommend it to everyone I meet. I call it “the Netflix of self care” from recipes, to talks, breathwork, yoga, Pilates, and any kind of movement you are craving you can find it here. I love that there are quick workouts, programs and challenges. It’s all here, and beautifully- soulfully created. Big Salty Club Love ❤️

The best community!
Despite never being on a Salty experience - I feel so much a part of the Salty Club. The app, the workouts, the chat group, and the podcast are so amazing. I feel like I’m connected to a group of salty women even though I am not physically with any one else. This app and community is super inspiring, helping me grow and challenge myself, and most importantly stay connected to myself everyday.

I am loving this app. I workout a lot and I wanted a surf centric workout and wow. I am so sore but feel myself getting stronger already. Love that the team is all female and so dedicated. The sheer diversity in workouts is incredible and they all make me feel so inspired. I cannot wait to get back in the water and see how I have improved. I really love the Salty Club platform! It covers a holistic range of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects that help me be the best version of me. The club is inspiring and empowering and perfect for when I’m time poor and need to be flexible in when I can take time for myself.

Great variety
I love the variety of offerings so much, and every class makes me feel like I am apart of a beautiful community worldwide. I am especially a big fan of the meditations and pregnancy offerings.
A gift to myself
I love tuning in for a 30 minute yoga or a speedy workout. Salties provides the flexibility I need but with great classes that I love and make me feel great! And with genuine, caring instructors who I feel like I now know well.
Best workout app!
I used to use a different app for yoga, different for workouts, and different for breathwork… now I have everything in one place with awesome, authentic, wholesome teachers! I LOOOVE animal flow/ginastica natural and have not found that on any other workout app. Literally the best work outs for surfing 😍 feeling strong, feeling inspired, feeling ready for wave, thanks Salty Club!

Amazing fitness app
The Salty Club has everything I need from an intense physical work out to relax and chill sound meditations. I am inspired every day to live a life of wildness and to do this my mind body and spirit need to be in the best form. If it’s not, I refocus and grow with the Salty Club. In most of their work out classes I feel that I get the balance I need for taking my health seriously, but having fun too.
