Effective Workouts, Work on your own pace!

The work outs are challenging but doable, Sal gives great modifications to suite your needs. Not too easy, I’m able to finish the whole exercise but only with some determination, which is a good thing! I’ve used it for just over 2 weeks, lost 3-4 pounds and I love the stretches incorporated and VEGAN meal plan!
