Pilates perfection!
I have been do SDP for a while now and loved it but this app has somehow made it even better. Seamless to use, and so quick & easy to jump on and choose a quick workout. Love it!

I’ve been using the SDP method on my Mac for a while and it’s absolutely brilliant, but having it as an app means I can work out anywhere. The workouts are seriously effective, you really feel the burn (in the best way!) which is exactly what I’m after. The app itself is super easy to use and well designed. Couldn’t recommend it more. SDP all the way! 💪🏻🔥
