I can’t create an account. The app says my email is “invalid.” It’s the same one I use on my.scouting and the same one the Council has for me. I’m guessing it’s because my email contains a subdomain. Clicking “report a problem” in the App Store and selecting “report a quality issue” asks you to select an item from your purchase history but there is no way to select the item displayed. The Developer Website link goes to the website of the tool that was used to build the app. There is no menu item in the app for help or reporting a problem.
