Doesn’t Work
I am in Greenville, NC and I cannot place an order! It says there is not a location with in 100 miles of me!
App Not Ready
I was excited to see that Sam Jones had an app for me to order ahead, however, the app continues to tell me an error has occurred when trying to register my account. I also tried to skip registering and simply place an order but the app is unaware that there is a Sam Jones near me (even though you can find it on the map inside the app) so there is no way to use the app. I think this app needs more time being created and having the kinks worked out before offering it to the public.

App doesn’t work
The app isn’t working. It doesn’t recognize locations. It says there isn’t a location within 100 miles of me, even though it shows on the map that I am only 1.5 miles away from the closest Sam Jones BBQ. I can’t do anything beyond this screen to start an order since it won’t list locations.
Order fast and get it to go
Great app to order and review your rewards. Can’t wait for the Raleigh location. Now to get smokehouse air fresheners!! 🤣🤤
Works - Has Issues
The app seems to work well so far for orders, but when you go to rewards my rewards don’t show properly and when I click on more info, the app crashes and logs me out. I can log back in, but the more info link on rewards is a problem.
