Not authentic Samsung app

Horrible app, it connected to my TV for all of 10 mins, the pop up to purchase pro came up a few times, no problem I understand that’s how apps make money… but after 10 mins I couldn’t even use the remote anymore with out the pop up. I’m not trying to buy the extra features, why am I being forced to? Just make it a paid app from the beginning, I would’ve skipped it and not waste my time.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Will not turn on my TV.

I don’t understand what the problem is if it is made for a Samsung TV it should work every time. I contacted the company and they are working for a fix for it. They quickly got back to me and were polite and respectful and I hope it works because the interface with your TV is on the interface is fantastic. It’s simple everything‘s at your fingertips. As soon as theyput up an update with the fix. I’m pumping it up to five stars.

Nice app, should be free.

This app works well with Samsung smart TV’s, but the developer charges a monthly fee. Ridiculous! When I downloaded it and saw that it was a subscription service I immediately deleted it.

Works ok

It deactivate to much and you have do go through a whole process to make it work with the tv again and it’s frustrating

App cannot connect to device

I’m afraid this app is a scam to charge you fees for an app that does not work at all. I tried all the trouble shooting advice, contacted their support through the app and submitted the problem but there doesn’t seem to be any response. I’m contacting Apple to report this as a fraud app. Luckily I purchased with my Apple Card so they’ll likely return the fee . Do not download, doesn’t work!!

Nice features but connection to tv times out on iOS.

Cannot find my TV

Bought a lifetime membership only to find out immediately that the app won’t find my TV. I’m on the same Wi-Fi, I have turned on accessibility for my IOS16. Technical support is not so technical? No one seems to be able to help.

Doesn’t work and no free options

Only clicked a few button and immediately blocked me for using without signing up for a trial.

Charged even though I cancelled before trial

I was just charged for an annual subscription even though I cancelled before trial ended. It does not work unless you have the physical remote which is why I cancelled. I can’t find a contact number to request a refund

Worst App it’s a scam

Don’t pay anything to this. It’s a scam. I paid for lifetime premium and this remote can’t even detect TV. No support no response. I disputed money and will get my money back but it’s waste of time

There are better apps out there that are more compatible with smart tvs. Dont get this one. Paying for this app did not make it any better. I regret buying the lifetime version 😔

Never stays connected

The app has so many ads so you have to buy it for it to work at all, and then it never stays connected.

The App works great! No issues! But to pay so much to use it!?!? I get it you need to make some money developing the app and maintenance but why so much? Should be like 5.99 annual subscription!
