DONT GET THESE APPS
I’m crying right now because my remote control has been gone for a week and you have to turn on your tv!!! Well the reason people use these apps is because they can’t find their remote control so yeah that’s how sad and angry I am and I am only a 8 year old and turning 9 in 4 months so yeah I’m just fed up about all this thank you for those who understand.

This is awesome when you walk in the house, TV is on but you don’t know where the remote is!!!! If it’s powered off you can’t see it on the network so you can’t turn it on tho 🤷🏻♂️ do better Samsung! Leave a sleeping BIOS chip that talks to the network while powered off

Paywall for Basic Functions
I’ve been using this app for years as a basic remote for my tv. It’s been convenient. Today I opened the app and when I tried to use the volume buttons I got a pop up that said I needed a premium account. There’s a hundred other apps like this for free so why on earth would I pay to use the most basic functions. I don’t know if this is a glitch or a new update but I’ve already moved on to a new app.

Wasn’t able to re-download
I loved the remote at first it was great. Then I went on vacation and my phone broke and had to get a new one. It lets me download the app again but it won’t connect to my tv and I can no longer use. Maybe a glitch but still caused me to download and purchase a different remote.
