Can’t create login

I can’t create a log in - it keeps saying “no connection” even though I’m connected to WiFi

Issues with app

Love the concept but the app does not work well. To begin I have to set a home area but regardless of if I type in an address or find the address on the map, it won’t let me set a home area. It says no address for map center, rendering the app unusable

Time and Money saver for my commute

I am using the app to offer and sometimes request rides. It saves me $40-50 on tolls daily or 1 hour of seating in the traffic.

I would like to see more social features in the app. Also rating would be helpful.

Great service!

Great service, thanks! Saves me at least $50 or an hour in traffic on days I commute from Stafford to Tysons.

Cannot update commute

The app is stuck on the success page with no way to navigate to a profile menu and update basic information like zip code origin and destination.

Response from developer

Thank you for you feedback. The app has 2 stages: 1) Sign up (before route has enough commuters; 2) Offer and Rueest. Please let our support team know if you need to update your profile information at support@sameride.com.
