Loan details view option not working the yellow button click is not working. And loan details also not updated in app. Like how much amount is pending and how much we paid upto now

App crashes and never starts up
App keeps crashing from the moment of first install. The splash screen is of the wrong size as well. Definitely has not been tested on iPhone 12.
Bad, Indiabulls management should fire there IT team
App design in ok but not at all working. Not showing current statement. Pages become unresponsive and no way to understand what is missing in page. Indiabulls should act on it on priority. Old app was far better than current one.

Never ever go for indiabulls if you want to buy a home. Even its a bit cost more go for Icici or any govt banks. But not this as its a dream killer and pain genertor. Even one star is more for this app. Worst app ever seen and operated. Trying to open my existing Home Loan details but of no use. Customer care is not responding too.

This is a pathetic bank and their customer service and app are equally pathetic .. As soon as the COVID19 situation normalises I am switching my loan to another bank
