Great hardware, but locking out iOS users is a mistake
I've been looking forward to the Galaxy Watch Ultra as a rugged alternative to my Apple Watch, and was hoping to pair it with my iPhone 16 Pro. While older Galaxy watches are supported in this app, it is incredibly disappointing that Samsung's most premium flagship smartwatch is completely locked out of the iOS ecosystem. Consumers want hardware choices without being forced to switch phone platforms just to use a watch. Please work with Google to bring Wear OS support back to iOS, or develop a standalone companion app so Apple users can actually buy your hardware

The galaxy store itself dosent work and keeps saying try again later and I feel like there are very reduced apps and watch faces in this app please fix the galaxy store problem

I can’t sign in to my Samsung account on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Every time I try, I get Error 400 (“Unable to load web page”). I have a Galaxy Watch (SM-R810), reinstalled the app, reset the watch, and cleared Safari data, but the problem still exists. Please fix this issue.

Everything works. I went from Samsung phone to iPhone without any issues
Keeps failing
This worked for a while then contact between the phone and watch stopped connecting
App when I opened it the app was blank
Tried removing it and reinstalling it worked again
Then it quit and went blank again

Error 400 - Account login
Hi! Can’t login anymore in my Samsung account to have restore/ backup or log in store. Bad request error 400. I known this is an old software I use with my old Gear S3. 4 years not updated look like abandonware. Hope you can fix it. Thanks!

Have an Apple Watch but I got a Samsung SW3B Wach four I can’t connect it with my iPhone. This is BS. I thought I wouldn’t have anyI but I do now I have to do this work and find some Samsung phone so I can’t use it until I was really excited hopefully somebody will be able to figure it out for me because I can’t return this watch

Bought an active 2, about 5 years ago and still works
Apart from small glitches here and there works well even after 5 years. The strap I had to get a 3rd party one by the watch as such is good
