Disconnects after .1%

I am trying to transfer from iPhone to a Galaxy using a cable. I am able to select the data to transfer, the app begins the transfer, gets to .1% and says that the cord has disconnected (it hasn’t been touched at all in this process). Please fix

Do not trust this app

I have iPhone 15 pro max and s25 ultra . Both connected with type C and always screen on. The app was very slow and lost connection at 20% . I check my file management and I didn’t see s25 ultra get any data . My iPhone has 400GB and I should see around 80GB but I did not see any data in my s25

This is a good app

I just got an android phone for my birthday, and this was perfect to transfer everything. I would totally recommend this. Maybe it’s just AI ,that does do the bad reviews.

I NEED MY MONEY BACK

Samsung confirmed my return weeks ago, but I still haven’t received my refund. Customer service keeps escalating my case without resolving it. Very disappointing experience. I will fight for my money and do whatever it takes.

갤럭시 > 아이폰르로 “가져오기”과정에서 삭제를 눌렀더니 둘 모두 사진이 다 지워졌습니다 휴지통들어가도 없고요.. 제 사진 다 날라갓어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ중요한건데

Therefore, in order to use Smart Switch effectively, the receiving device requires to be a Galaxy, as written in our app description. So we ask for your understanding, as third-party devices cannot receive transfers with Smart Switch. Thank you.

Doesn’t transfer anything

I set up what I wanted to transfer. It gave me the option of USB or WiFi. I hooked up the proper cable but the app never recognized the connection. Then I switched to WiFi and it told me to scan the QR code on my Samsung, but it never generated a QR code

Most useless app

I have both android and iPhone and Im looking for better transfer method and by far share it was useful. This app didn’t work in neither cable nor wifi mode.😱
