I need a QR code to scan not to scan one with this app I thought it would give me a QR code

Dear Customer, This is the Smart Switch team. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced. 'Samsung Smart Switch Mobile' is an application that allows you to easily transfer data from your old device to a new Galaxy device (phone or tablet). Therefore, in order to use Smart Switch effectively, the receiving device requires to be a Galaxy, as written in our app description. So we ask for your understanding, as third-party devices cannot receive transfers with Smart Switch. Thank you.

Are you sure your inquiry is about Smart Switch? 'Samsung Smart Switch Mobile'은 기존 기기의 데이터를 새 Galaxy 기기(휴대폰 또는 태블릿)로 쉽게 전송할 수 있는 애플리케이션입니다. 따라서, 타사 기기로 데이터 전송을 받는 기능을 제공하지 않고 있습니다. 또한, 스마트 스위치 앱은 이미지 파일을 삭제하는 기능을 제공하지 않고 있으며 데이터 전송을 위해 사진을 선택하는 기능만 제공되고 있습니다. 문의 내용을 확인하신 후, 진입 경로나 상황에 대한 설명을 자세하게 기재하여 주시면 확인 후 안내 도와드리겠습니다. 감사합니다.
