'Samsung Smart Switch Mobile' is an application that allows you to easily transfer data from your old device to a new Galaxy device. Therefore, in order to use Smart Switch effectively, the receiving device requires to be a Galaxy. Additionally, it is difficult to provide guidance based soley on the description you have provided us. Please share the details of your inquiry, including the model name/OS of both devices via (sswitch.cs@samsung.com) so that we may provide further guidance. Thank you.

Sehr geehrter Kunde, hier ist das Smart Switch-Team. Wir entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten. „Samsung Smart Switch Mobile“ ist eine Anwendung, mit der Sie ganz einfach Daten von Ihrem alten Gerät auf ein neues Galaxy-Gerät (Telefon oder Tablet) übertragen können. Um Smart Switch effektiv nutzen zu können, muss das Empfangsgerät daher ein Galaxy sein, wie in unserer App-Beschreibung beschrieben. Wir bitten daher um Ihr Verständnis, da Drittgeräte mit Smart Switch keine Übertragungen empfangen können. Danke schön.

Dear Customer, This is Smart Switch team. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced. As shown in our app description, audio files can only be transferred via wired connection. It is difficult to judge whether or not you have done so, with the information you have provided us. If not, we recommend transferring your files this way. However, if you have already tried wired conneciton and the same issue persists, please contact us via sswith.cs@samsung.com with more information, such as screenshots of the app name/icon, type of music file, model name/OS of both devices, etc. so that we may examine the situation to provide better guidance.
