Remote doesn’t work
This app and the remote use of it doesn’t work anymore. I’ve tried so many times. I’d have to think twice before buying anther Samsung air conditioner.
Pathetic - wish I can give negative stars
This app used to work. An update on my iPhone/iPad for this app and presto I cannot log in the Samsung account. As soon as you enter a sms’d verification code, the app crashes. Further why does my Samsung account need to be more secure my banking apps. These crazy samsung’ers … just SMH.
App crashes
When I bought the unit a few years ago the app worked fine. Now 2023 it crashes and the two authentication txt phone message sometimes is not received.
DOES NOT WORK OUTSIDE HOME
Does not work outside home, Contacted Samsung support spending lot time with them and finally, Samsung said they have issues!!! And can not fix it ??!!
