Terrible since the update
Ever since the update, the app is finicky and does not work well. Usually, any request takes forever to load and eventually times out. As a regular library app user, it’s fairly frustrating and I’m not holding/ checking out items as regularly as in the past due to this issue.
Broken
Ever since I did the update, I can no longer renew books or see the books that I have on hold
Works for its purpose.
Simple enough to operate, a handy tool with lots of convenience packed in.
New update broken
Worked perfect before no issues, now I cannot access/manage my account, as in view my books, see when they are due, extend them, etc. The button for manage my account does nothing at all, and on the manage my account page only View my card works, and under that is Account information, and no other buttons on the page work/appear aside from adding another library card and refreshing which doesn’t help.
I was glad at first that it was updated because I was experiencing issues with extending my books (I extended 2 times, did not change the due date, but took away those 2 renews with no way to remedy it). Now my books aren’t even accessible, I hope they fix it soon. Will change review once it’s fixed, I just couldn’t find any way to contact the developers otherwise.

Updated and now cannot access info
Yesterday I could reserve books and access my checkouts. Today I updated and now I can not see the titles I have checked out or reserve any new books. Please advise!
So slow
Anyone working on this app? It’s so slow lately it’s easier to visit the website.
No page counts anymore. What is wrong with the county. Maybe fire some people so not so much dead weight slowing things down.
Fix the app or I write Apple to remove it from the App Store. Typical government employees, lazy, lazy and dull witted.

Nothing works
This app used to work very well for me but my library card expired. Once I renewed my card the app would not let me update my information so I couldn’t do anything on the app. Now when I click on anything the app completely crashes and kicks me out. Honestly I’m so frustrated and bummed out I loved this app and would use it everyday.

Why!?
This app is flawed. Every time I click view digital content the app forces shut. Ridiculous.
Generally terrible
This app is best described as a 2012 middle school website design project gone bad yet is still miraculously barely functional. Good luck
Works for a digital card
Every time I try to do anything with any of the digital content the app just crashes. Pretty pointless in my opinion.
App crashes when
App crashes when trying to look at checkouts or holds. This is really annoying. Please fix.
Works well
This app has worked well for me so far, I can put books on hold, search, check my holds and pay fines. The only thing I would change is I really wish it worked in horizontal/landscape mode on my iPad!
Won’t load
Asks for library card number and pin but when the info is entered it never loads. The website is the same slow loading time.
No synopsis!
I have an account with cloudLibrary at my home library in Maine and when you select a book you can read a brief synopsis of the book...helps you know whether you’ve read it already. All you get in this app is the bare bones facts
