Location tracked
Permanently deleted account and uninstalled the app. It kept telling me when I was near a store and there was no way to turn off location services via iOS. The app doesn’t appear under that Privacy & Security settings and no location option under its own app settings.
Grazing Box Disappeared
The Grazing Box has disappeared from your app. Which is really annoying as that’s the only thing we order and it’s an inconvenience having to go into the shop.
Overpriced
When you select delivery as an option, all the prices in the menu increase from $5-$7per item. So when ordering 6items that an additional $42 compared to not having it delivered and the delivery on checkout still remains the same at $3.99. Needs a new algorithm that keeps the flat delivery rate and doesn’t increase menu pricing.

App does NOT work
The app does not work. It keeps saying my login details are incorrect. I’ve double checked my email (it’s correct), I’ve requested a new password which says “successful”, I’ve attempted to login to the app with my new password. I then have to prove that I’m a human multiple times just to be told that my login is incorrect.

Finally, Apple wallet Support!
About the captcha sign in issue. It looks like the backend has changed. Reset your password via email. You should be able to sign in without an issue after that.
Negative stars would suit better
The most unintuitive app on my phone, after picking out 467 motorcycles and stairs I found thought it might be easier to just reset my password, jokes on me….. it isn’t, error after error, I’m out. Manager at Joondalup WA wasn’t interested at all. Goodbye delicious churros, time for a new dessert
Not working
Keeps on saying “verify your email” on every page, when I press the button to send verification then it says “non-unique member details”. Unable to use any of the functions.
Horrendous App
Ridiculously slow. When I launch the app it always defaults to Melbourne CBD, enough through I have location services enabled and am located in Brisbane. Eventually it will find Brisbane locations, then more waiting and loading
Need to fix the offer/rewards redemption
I was trying to order for a pickup via the app but when I get to checkout it says the $20 churro fiesta was incompatible, I tried so many different ways to order but still not working. Please fix
Missing quality of life features
I’m not sure why Sam Churro omits this feature, but the apps inability to remember just my address and delivery details as a returning customer is really annoying. They’ll go out of my way to remember my order history, but not my address? Writing it in each time is enough of a bother that I’ll opt for third party deliverers to save on time.
App is also unreliably buggy at times. It will submit an order but stop live tracking the order randomly. No way to return to the live tracking or anything visual to follow what’s happening.
Otherwise, does what it needs to do in terms of ordering what you want.

Don’t download
I just had a notification from apple telling me that San Churro has been tracking my location for 3 days straight after I had just downloaded the app. If you want them to track your location go ahead and download.
Barcode for Loyalty Points Not Working
The app is easy to use, except every time I’ve been scanning my loyalty points barcode when I purchase something, nothing ever shows up. I’ve used it at least 20 times now.
Terrible app and website service!!!
First of all I’m a repeat customer and have had an account for years now. Second, forgot password does not send from your app AND website. Third, both website and app does not allow to creates new accounts, it’s a never ending loophole of verification errors and recaptcha. So much for freebies on birthday month. Your stores won’t accept a normal drivers license to prove birthdays either.

Great app in all. Easy to use, & has been a God-Send for us in Melbourne lockdown!
BUT the last couple of times I have used the app, it changes our unit number after I confirm the order - awkward if our order turns up at the neighbours’ place after curfew!

MUCH BETTER
This app is such a huge improvement from the last one. Seeing the free offers or discounts I can claim is also really simple opposed to other apps that you need to go into all the menus to find/ or activate offers through email first. I also like the ORDER option so I can check out the menu and not need to open a food app, I can order from San churro and get points to get more chocolate! It’s also so easy to spot - my favourite orange S! Really impressed!

Great app super easy to use and great rewards
Downloaded the app, really easy to install and get up and running. Also great that I can see all the offers easily. Definitely going to be using this with my kids! They love San Churros! It’s also going to make it easier because I always forgot to carry those loyalty cards with me. But always have my phone with me. If only more businesses would make it this easy to claim rewards. Highly recommend downloading the app and getting all the benefits! Nothing better than free churros!
