This app blows. Will not run on my iPhone with most current iOS. Cannot access my tickets for performances.
Why?
You have to use the app to use your ticket for Rady Shell, but the app just brings up a website. Why the extra step of the app? And why aren’t the tickets clearly available in the tickets tab? It’s there, but not obvious. And why can’t the tickets be saved to wallet ahead of time? And why is the Featured tab blank?

Do not force app usage
Pointless app necessary to scan into some events at rady shell.
I do not need bloatware for a simple event ticketing system or have to resort to paying a fee for physical tickets.

Useless app, why can’t you just send tickets to email?
Parking forces me to download the app
I don’t appreciate being held hostage to download their app to access my parking pass or be charged $7 to have it printed.
