They should add a notification system that acts like an alarm when someone sends you loads or messages, and it sounds repeatedly throughout the 15-minute window you have to accept the load until the driver accepts it. So everyone wins. You don't run out of load, and neither do the drivers. That's my opinion, and I hope they do something about it.

Poor Quality
I’ve had to deal with a lot of bugs, inconveniences and trouble with this app’s functions.

it does not notify me when a new charge arrives and when it finally does it does not have a loud sound and it is not audible, my mobile device is an iPhone if it helps

Its a simple and straight forward app.
It is missing notification options specially for drivers who haul sandboxes, most of the time drivers rest in between loads and fall asleep without having proper notifications . For example, an alarm for when a load has been dispatched would be a game changer.

Bad notifications
This app is pathetic for giving notifications. You can barely hear it and it’s one low tow chirp. Occasionally, actually very rare though, you’ll get a regular US Silica text in conjunction, which is much better. At least you can adjust the volume and pick your own text message notifications. Not one thing you can do about this. They flat out don’t care.

Location service
I got a notification that your app checked my location 29 times in three days this is uncalled for you don’t need my location always on when using the app would be good enough not mention this drains my phone battery fix it please or I can drive else where
Suggestions
Can you show me that I’m not sure why I need my location to be paying 238 Times over the course of five days but an edit feature I would like to see is Geo fencing

You guys need to give drivers the ability to change the location option to while using the app not just to always. It’s killing my battery and data. Draining my battery multiple times a day. I got a notification from my iPhone telling me that the app tracked me over 350 times for the week. That’s ridiculous. You don’t need to know drivers every move where’s our privacy?

Drains battery
Requires you to leave location on as “always”uses to much battery. And the location is on even after you end shift. There was an update just recently but nothing for this problem.
No ringtone option
Please make this app have options to change ringtones for I phone. Lots of people are missing loads due to the app not having a ringtone options. Thank you
Message sound
I wish I could change the message alert sound it makes the same pinging sound from the iPhone and only chimes once other than that a decent app
Kicking me out
It keeps kicking me out of it I uninstalled it and reinstalled it 6 times and does the same thing all the time
Very necessary
I use this app and one thing that my and my friends talk about is the “notification sound issue”, I’ll explain it, when you are in a long standby sometimes you take a nap, sometimes you make a truck inspection or just talk to a friend, when the dispatch sent you a message that notification is the same one that other application and the sound is a little bit lower, this is not just a personal concern that is something that a lot of drivers talk about, I’ll be very good if we can just put the sound that we like, thanks

If I could give this app -1 star I would. The developers supposedly keep “updating” this app, but they keep forgetting to fix the real issue with it. Which is not being able to customize the notifications sounds whenever you get sent a load. So if your an iPhone user and you happen to just snooze a few minutes while waiting for your next load. You will definitely miss it unless your face is glued to the phone. The sandbox dispatch think that we are awake all hours of the day, and they don’t realize that when we get notified, it hardly even makes a noise to alarm us of a new load. I’ve lost money with this app by simply taking a small nap while I wait for the next load. I know its not just a few drivers experiencing this problem its a lot of us, and its always the same conversation how this app is trash, and how they’ve lost loads because they didn’t hear the notification. Considering how much money they’ve invested on these chassis, you’d imagine they’d hire a good team of developers to resolve this issue. Im sorry for the next driver having to download this app.
