Email update option not working
My office email id is linked with Sandes app. But Sandes app on mobile not syncing. Means office email id linked with another Sandes account and mobile number linked with another Sandes account.
Dim messages
In app, all messages from PFMS show in dim color. Color is so dim that one cannot read them. One has to copy it and paste the copied text to another app to read it. I am using iPhone 14. Please rectify asap. Messages from others are showing properly.
Date picker starts the year from 1
my birth year is 1966 I have to scroll from year 1 to 1966
. At least the developers should use some common date picker practises for better user experience. Also no OTP when o new’s it . it comes so late when it is not required

Not working
I not able to send any message to any person in the contact list. Even after allowing all the permissions in app setting and in phone setting it is not allowing to send any message. This is a pure bug for iPhone users. This may be resolved on priority.
Messages are not showing on the iPhone
Messages are not showing on the iPhone however notifications of messages are showing and when I open the app messages are not showing
Not showing message received but only showing notification regarding receiving messages
Not showing any messages received but only showing notification of message received. But when I click on the notification to see the message the chat box is blank. There is no response from the developer for long still awaiting.
How to operate it …?
I downloaded the app so that I can get quick access to govt. OTPs. This one completely fails . Kept waiting to get atleast testing msg or welcome mesg. Tried changing settings but no success. Two cents from me When you guys launch any new app please do test it from all the different govt app you’re connecting. This is unacceptable.

Suggestions
1. There should be a filter option to filter news messages on the Top.
2. The recent contacts should be available on the top while forwarding any message so that those contacts can be selected instantly without searching the same.
3. when own message sent to one person is forwarded again then it should not display forwarded. It should have forwarded count only in case someone else message is forwarded further.
4. On tapping Chat icon it should take you to the top of the messages.
5. There should be search in groups also for searching a text string or name of person from whom message has been received in group.

Not receiving messages other than OTPs
The app is only receiving OTPs. Regarding other messages only notification arrives but no corresponding message appears in the app. Not sure how many messages have been missed due to this problem.
The app is bombarding with fake notification
I have not received any message on app but every 30-40 mins, a new message notification is coming. On opening the app, there is no new message. This behaviour is consistent from the time i have installed the app. Really frustrating experience
Issue in iPhone
The app in iPhone gets logged out automatically after a few minutes of logging in.
Does not work on IOS and notifications will be received
This App doesn’t work on IOS. You will not receive any sms for your login credentials. Even after raising complaints many times the developer still not fixed the issue in the IOS application of SANDES.
Very poor experience
The app does nothing. I get notifications but when I click , nothing happens. There are no notifications in the app. Don’t understand the point of this app.

2. I tried to delete my account and choose to write an input/feedback by choosing “other” in the reasons. And after writing, I cannot close my keyboard. So couldn’t delete my account that way. Instead I had to resort on some pre-existing options.
3. Not a lot of buzz about this app. So if I was not told to download by a govt site I wouldn’t even know that this app exists.

Notification for OTP failing
The notification for OTP is failing i.e when you click on a notification it goes to the chat window and its blank!!! This seems like a bug that needs to be fixed
Issues
Trying to go ahead but the numbers aren’t disappearing so then I can click on get an OTP. After entering mobile number I can’t see the option to go ahead as mobile’s numerical keyboard still is there and there is no option that we can click on get OTP.

Reply for particular message
There is no option for reply to a particular message, if the receiver gets multiple message at a single time.
This feature is available in whatsapp, telegram and instagram.

Improvements that can be made
A chat wallpaper feature would be a welcome one.
Other than that the app is great. It’s a great alternative to other messaging apps.

UI needs to be improved and calling is required
In sandes app, messaging facility is ok. But few suggestions is that UI Needs to be improved. Also video calling and audio calling facility needs to be improved.
Better to incorporate bhim upi integration in later phases.
Better to provide api’s for integrating with all govt services and private services so that communication can be done through this app. Also , better to have commercial promotions also along with this based on subscription.
