SANEL

SANEL is an independent NYC affordable-housing discovery, matching, organization, and alert service. Use SANEL to browse affordable-housing opportunities from public and authorized sources, including lotteries, re-rentals, waitlists, Mitchell-Lama opportunities, and affordable homeownership listings. With SANEL you can: • Browse current affordable-housing opportunities in one place. • Filter by borough, bedroom size, rent, AMI and opportunity type when source data is available. • Build a housing profile and see opportunities that may fit the published eligibility criteria. • Save listings, follow buildings and mark opportunities as applied. • Receive alerts for new opportunities and relevant changes according to your notification preferences. • Use map and list views to explore opportunities across New York City. • Open the official housing-provider or application source when you are ready to continue. SANEL does not submit housing applications and does not improve lottery or selection odds. Eligibility information is provided for discovery and organization and should always be confirmed with the official housing provider or application source. SANEL is independent and is not affiliated with NYC Housing Connect, NYC HPD, NYC HDC, NYS HCR, or any housing provider.
