App is no longer functioning
I camr upon this app while searching for alternatives to some of the resources that I’m told the city can help provide but have had the worst time trying to figure out how to navigate ACCESS services like snap, Medicaid, and more. I came across ayuda in the App Store and the description sounded like exactly what I’ve been needing. However, none of the menu headings work (I tried “medical assistance” first). Each section gives an error (‘no internet connection’ which I’m certain is not an issue on my end because how else did I download the app?
I did try clicking the “About” link I. The app so see if I could reach out to this organization directly or via an internet landing page, but the site is not active and gives a Godaddy generic “this domain is unclaimed” message.

Amazing app
This is an amazing app. It is so easy to navigate and it will definitely change lives and help them for the better. I’m so happy this is now available for people to use. I learned about this app through one of the founders (Ariadna Phillips) and I am so happy she was able to help make this happen. I absolutely recommend this app to anyone in NYC. The resources section on the webpage also gives amazing sites that are extremely useful to anyone in need. On the app you can find medical access, send a message if you have an urgent situation, find food, find shelter, find clothing, or find work or education. All of that, in one app!! This is super useful if you are new to NYC. I would give this an a million out of five if I could. The app also gives information on all the places which means you don’t have to do massive research all th time. Great app. 💯💯
