Requires server and login on every launch
The functionality of the app is great. But it’s useless. You have to enter your server name, ID and password on every launch. No login info saved. No Face ID.
Last update broke login
This app isn’t good for much, but the last update broke the ability to stay logged in after closing the app. And it’s not enough to leave the app open in the background, because it’ll crash.
Unable to login for over a month
The application just says invalid configuration. I enter my password and same error happens.
Lack of support
As always, Switchvox lack a forum or a proper bug report section. Within the app you can tap to report one, it create a new email with an attached file... the problem is that no email is set in the TO field 🤷🏼♂️ so can't send it... very useful 🙄. Another thing that that lack is a suggestion box, they barely listen to users input, suggestion or why this should be use vs that, or give us more settings, options... Quick exemple, I receive all the miss call notification, I don't want that, I turn it of on my D80 display, why would I want them on my iPhone ??? Let me choose !!
Update: what happen with the contact us !?! It's gone ?!
Weird app behaviour, I receive all my notifications, but when I tap on the notification, the app is asking me to login... almost all the time I need to re-enter my credentials... how can it push notifications if I'm not logged in ??

The features function
The app works as it is supposed to. But it forgets my login info almost everytime I open the app. Very annoying but I’m glad the Sangoma/ Switchvox team have gotten a stable product. Just store my login info please.
