external transfers do not work. I’ve tried to pay my mortgage through the mobil app the past few months and it doesn’t work.

of all the banking apps I use, this one is the most rudimentary, but it generally gets the job done for what I need to do. The one glaring exception is that external transfers do not work. Whenever I try to pay my mortgage through an external transfer from another bank the app says that it cannot be performed at this time and to try it again later. Well I’ve had that error now for the last couple months which means I have to go web browser to make my payment. This is inconvenient
