About

Sanislink is the companion app for SanisRing, designed to help you understand your everyday wellness patterns in one clear dashboard. CONNECT YOUR RING Pair a compatible SanisRing over Bluetooth, view battery and connection status, and keep your latest wellness signals together. FOLLOW YOUR WELLNESS Review steps, heart rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature, HRV, stress estimates, and sleep information. Explore snapshots, recent trends, and timestamped history for each supported metric. HERMES WELLNESS INSIGHTS Turn recent ring data into concise private wellness summaries and practical lifestyle-oriented action plans. Insights are designed for general wellness reference. SLEEP AND RECOVERY See total sleep, deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, sleep windows, and stage timelines when supported by your ring data. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROLS Manage device bindings, consent preferences, data exports, and supported account data controls from the app. Optional age brackets use broad ranges rather than exact birth dates. CARE CIRCLE AND COMMUNITY Use supported Care Circle features for everyday wellness awareness, access pairing and support tools, and participate in eligible referral and loyalty experiences. Sanislink requires compatible SanisRing hardware for ring-based readings. Availability of metrics and features may vary by device, firmware, account, region, connection, and data quality. Sanislink is a general wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease, and it is not a clinical or emergency-monitoring service. Do not use it for illness-related decisions or emergencies.
