About
Aveil turns your health data into a clear daily read: what matters today, why, and one practical action to take next.
Aveil is built on a few simple ideas. The biggest health gains usually come from getting a few basics right, sleep, movement, and food timing, rather than optimizing everything at once. And follow-through comes from structure, deciding one small thing ahead of time, instead of relying on willpower in the moment. So each action is chosen to be worth doing and realistic to do: grounded in research, sized to fit your day, and adjusted to what you actually follow through on.
Each day you get a Today Read built from your own patterns. When something is worth acting on, an optional, well-timed notification tells you, and you can commit to the action and set a reminder so nothing depends on remembering it later. Over time, Aveil learns which actions work for you and keeps you focused on the few things that matter most.
Aveil is built for people who already collect health data and want to know what to do with it.
What Aveil helps with:
• One personalized action a day, picked from what matters most in your data
• A clear daily read of your current health signals
• Optional nudges only when something is worth acting on
• Plain explanations of what changed and why it may matter
• Weekly and monthly summaries without manual digging
• Goals, streaks, and patterns from the data you already have
• Clean recaps, shareable cards, and a concise brief you can bring to a doctor or coach
Everything runs from the data your phone and wearable already collect. Just your data, read clearly.
Your health data is never sold or shared, and you can delete your account and all data inside the app.
Aveil is for general wellness and self-reflection. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and is not medical advice.

From your first day, your daily suggestion is picked using your own history, as soon as your data finishes syncing. If your usual morning read can't be built yet, a backup note shares your week's sleep average instead. You never get both. What Works and your day rhythm now keep your last read when you're offline. Clearer wording on the daily card and the Explain sheet, and suggestions line up more closely with what your recent data actually shows.
