Why! Why? I spend 8k on an espresso machine that has a non functional App??? Insane!

It’s completely shameful for a company to sell an $8,000 espresso machine and put absolutely zero effort in an app that flat out doesn’t work.

Whoever tested this app at Sanremo should be fired. Once you tap on the splash screen, you see a blank white page. There is no way you can access your You machine on the WiFi network using this app, even though your router has handed it an IP address. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, to no avail. Shame on them! This is an expensive espresso machine, and part of their sales proposition is remote access, which is absolutely false…

Leaves a blank page once connected
App is junk, won’t connect to my device
Can connect via browser on Mac & iPhone and by cloud connection. App never connects, never finds the device. frustrating experience.
