I'm a celiac, diagnosed at 11, and I built Sansglu because eating out safely is hard and I wanted something I could trust. Every place is scored from real signals. Its menu, allergen info, how the kitchen is set up, and the patterns in community feedback, with sources ranked by how much we trust them. Super Useful App
So far I’ve had a great experience with Sansglu. I like how it is not cluttered as opposed to other gluten-free apps on the market. Instead it feels clean and curated, and the results are intentional instead of just dumping a bunch of random results on you. I found some great spots that I didn’t know about before. I definitely recommend to anyone trying to find safe gluten-free spots to eat!

Gorgeous app for finding gluten free restaurants
LOVE this app! The map is beautiful, the ui is very modern and feels like it was designed with a lot of care. I was recently diagnosed with celiacs disease and this has made traveling very easy. The safety scores and lists have been amazing for quickly figuring out where I can eat while I have been on the go in Europe.

Hard pay wall before access
Has a free trial but you have to accept it before entering which means it likely preys on people forgetting to cancel. Make the free trial outside of Apple so no credit card down to test and I would be less against it…
Very good app for Celiacs
It’s really helping in a way I never thought was possible and it’s made a big change for me. I feel more secure knowing what to expect before eating somewhere. I have found many good restaurants and avoided bad experiences.

A beautifully designed platform to find safe places to eat
My boyfriend is Celiac, and living in New York City we are always going out to eat. Finding places he can dine at safely has become so much easier thanks to this platform. Safety is prioritized, and we have also likely avoided many bad reactions based on the helpful safety score & reviews. It’s also just a very easy app to use, beautifully designed and highly personalized.

Best celiac app I've found and I've tried them all
I’ve bounced between the usual GF apps for years, but this is the first one that feels modern and actually useful for celiacs. The map view is gorgeous and actually shows you what's nearby without having to dig through lists. I love how clean everything looks. A total game changer!
Full of misinformation
This AI slop app consistently lies. It lists restaurants as dedicated gluten free when they are not and is full of restaurants that do not actually exist. It’s incredibly harmful and could cause real serious health repercussions to be spreading this misinformation in this manner

I'm a celiac myself, and a listing that's wrong about safety is the thing that scares me most about building this. A lot of our data starts from public sources and reviews, which means some of it can be outdated or flat wrong, a kitchen that changed, or a place that has since closed. That's exactly why we score how confident we are in each listing, show where the info came from, and never present something as confirmed when it isn't. We're also upfront about the limits of that, plainly at sansglu.com/about/data. When we get one wrong, I want it fixed fast. If you can name even a couple of the restaurants you saw, email me at hello@sansglu.com and I'll check them myself and correct or remove them.
