This update is about one thing: making sure your walk actually gets saved. Walks that saved with no route Tapping start twice in quick succession could split a walk in two — the GPS went to one session and the record to the other, so a walk with no route got saved and your friends even got a notification. Found it, fixed it. Indoors, and where the signal doesn't reach · If we can't find your location for 3 minutes, a banner lets you know. Your walk time and potty records keep saving in the meantime. · Walked 5 minutes or more with no route? You can choose "Save time only" when you finish. A rainy-day play session is time with your dog too. · "0.00 km" is gone. You'll see "No GPS" instead — on the Lock Screen widget too. · If location permission is set to approximate, we mention it once when you start. You can go ahead anyway. Walks saved as time only don't add distance A walk with no route won't add to your total distance. It still counts toward your walk count, your streak and your XP — time indoors is still a day with your dog. One more walk, today.
