I double-checked the starting point for my audio tour, and it appears to be correct, but I’d appreciate knowing where you began so I can look into this more closely. I’m also sorry the app froze early on, as that is certainly not the experience I want for my customers. Please get in touch with support@actiontourguide.com with your purchase details, and our team will review the issue, help troubleshoot what happened, and assist with a refund or an alternative tour option if needed.
